摘要
文章设计研制一种四向可调吸能防盗转向管柱,通过内外柱管精密配合、花键树脂涂覆光滑滑动以及可调支架的结构设计,完成了四向可调吸能防盗转向管柱研发的预期目标,该类型管柱的生产和检测设备都具备了批量生产的能力。
The design and development process of steering column which has three functions for four-direction adjustment,anti-theft and energy absorbing is introduced in this paper.This special structural designs on steering column with the adjustable bracket have inside and outside the column tube with precision mating,smooth sliding integral key with resin coating.The expected target of are research and development of energy-absorbing steering column for four-direction adjustment and anti-theft are achieved.The mass production capability for productions and testing equipments with this type steering column has reached.
