摘要
物资管理是供电企业日常管理的重点内容之一,也是其经营管理的常用措施,通过协调物资的计划、采购、使用等环节,降低物质资源能耗,起到分配电能、创造收益、指导生产等多方面作用。文章介绍了供电企业物资管理的作用,探讨了新时期供电企业物资管理的核心环节,提出了电力物资管理控制的主要方法,希望对后续研究有所帮助。
Material management is one of the important content of the daily management of power supply enterprises and the commonly measures of it＇s operation and management,and it can reduce material resources energy consumption through coordinating the planning,purchasing,using and other links,so as to play various of distributing power,creating revenue and guiding production.This paper introduces the function of the materials management in power supply enterprises,discusses the core link of the materials management in power supply enterprises in new period,and proposes the main methods of electric power material management and control,hopes to help the follow-up study.
