摘要
为解决延迟焦化装置大型化带来的挥发线布置难题,提出了延迟焦化挥发线的一种新的布置方案。该方案在挥发线立管下部设置水平π形弯来吸收垂直方向的热膨胀,解决了焦炭塔高度增加带来的挥发线二次应力过高和焦炭塔管嘴受力过大的问题。新方案与另一种在挥发线立管中部设置垂直π形弯的常用方案做比较,通过管道应力分析通用程序Caesar II计算结果证实,新的管道布置方案在管道二次应力水平、焦炭塔管嘴受力和管系稳定性方面明显优于另一种常用方案。
The problem with the arrangement of gas pipeline appears together with large delayed coking units.To solve this problem,a new pipeline arrangement of the coke drum overhead gas line is proposed here.This new pipeline arrangement sets a horizontal π compensator vertically at the lower part of the pipe to compensate the vertical expansion.It can solve the problems that the secondary stress is too high and the nozzles’ forces and moments are too large because of the coke drum’s increasing height.This new pipeline arrangement is compared with another popular arrangement,which sets a vertical π compensator vertically at the middle of the pipe.The results produced by Caesar Ⅱ prove that the new piping arrangement is better than the other in the secondary stress,in the nozzles’ forces and moments and in pipeline stability.
