摘要 大型储罐倒装法施工工艺作为新兴的大型浮顶储罐施工工艺,施工优势明显,存在的主要风险是顶升时罐体倾斜。在某工程中通过重新设计液压顶升装置并计算分析承载力,限制其施工载荷来最大限度地使罐体在顶升过程中保持平稳,保障施工过程的安全质量。现场达到了标准化、制度化、规范化的安全施工。 As a new construction technique of large floating roof tank with improvement and refinement, the inversion method of large- scale storage tanks has conspicuous advantages,however,the main risk of large-sale storage tank inversion method is that the roof of the tank will tilt when lifting. In a certain project, by redesigning the hydraulic roof up device, as well as calculating and analyzing the load capacity,the maximum loading was restricted to ensure the steady process of lifting,so as to ensure the construction safety.By the means above ,the site construction has achieved standardized ,systematized and normalized safety.
