近年来莱钢炼铁设备管理水平不断提高，高炉实现了4个月以上的定修周期和周期内设备故障休慢儿乙率为零的目标。文章总结了莱钢炼铁设备管理的经验，提出了预知预控和追求设备零故障的设备管理理念。

The equipment management level is improved in Laiwu Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. in recent years. The regular maintenance cycle of blast furnace is more than 4 months, achieving the target of zero downtime and slow-blowing percentage within the cycle. An introduction is given to the experience of the ironmaking equipment management and the predictive and pre-control management concept of seeking the target of zero faults.
