Influence and Improvement of Air Service to China's Civil Aviation Economy

随着经济的腾飞与民航运输业的发展,曾经"高贵"的飞机如今已日渐走向平民化,并迅速的拓展着市场空间。然而,由于受交通运输市场竞争白热化以及旅客对空中服务高期望值等因素的影响,民航企业要想"生意兴隆",提升空中服务质量是一个关键的"卖点"。本文从我国民航运输业空中服务状况入手,着力分析空中服务对民航经济的影响,并对改善空中服务质量、提高民航经济效益提出了建议。

Following economy and Civil Aviation＇s development, the aircraft has entered into people live and rapidly extend market space everywhere. However, due to the competitive impaet of transport tools and the factor of Air service expectation of passengers, enhancing air service quality has become an important factor if Airlines want to gain economic benefit. This article focuses on analysis of the in- fluence of air service on China＇s Civil Aviation Economy, and also suggests the improvements of air serv- ice and civil aviation economy.
