摘要
以松香基功能高分子为吸附树脂,对水溶液中的对甲苯胺进行静态吸附,探讨了pH值、对甲苯胺初始浓度、温度和吸附时间等因素对吸附量的影响,并考察了解吸效果。结果表明,最佳的吸附工艺条件为:pH值7.5、对甲苯胺初始浓度1500mg.L-1、温度30℃、吸附时间5h,在此条件下,松香基功能高分子对对甲苯胺的吸附量达82.13mg.g-1;采用1%HCl溶液进行洗脱,解吸率为96%。
The adsorption and separation behavior of p-methylaniline in water using rosin-based functional polymer were studied by the static adsorption/desorption method,the influences of pH value,initial concentration of p-methylaniline,temperature and adsorption time on adsorption capacity were investigated.The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions were as follows:pH value of 7.5,initial concentration of p-methylaniline of 1500 mg·L-1,temperature of 30 ℃,adsorption time of 5 h.The maximum adsorption capacity reached 82.13 mg·g-1 under the above conditions,and the desorption rate could reach 96% with 1%HCl solution as eluent.
