电容器瓷套管专用胶粘剂的研究

Research of A Novel Adhesive for Capacitor Porcelain Bushing

首先合成了一种低粘度的环氧树脂聚酰胺固化剂——EA6,粘度(25℃)为10Pa.s,胺值为718mgKOH.g-1;再将其与CYD128低粘度环氧树脂按质量比1∶3混合,制备了一种电容器瓷套管专用胶粘剂。该胶粘剂具有适用期长、体积收缩率低、抗冲击强度高等优点,适用于陶瓷与金属的粘接,可以同时满足产品的密封与粘接性能要求。

Firstly,a novel low viscosity of epoxy resin polyamide curing agent EA6 with viscosity（25 ℃） of 10 Pa·s and amine value of 718 mgKOH·g-1 was synthesized,then it was mixed with epoxy resin CYD128 to prepare a kind of special adhesive for capacitor porcelain bushing.The adhesive had longer applicable life,lower shrinkage volume rate and higher impact resistance strength.It was applied to adhesion between ceramic and metal,meanwhile,it could satisfy the seal and adhesive performance of capacitor porcelain bushing products.
