摘要
通过在同一锅炉燃烧工业型煤、块煤和散煤的试验,发现工业型煤的平均热效率为63.70%,比散煤的热效率高出8.2%。若在湛江市区以型煤代替散煤,每年可节煤2.75万t(相当于1.9677万t标准煤)、节能19 677tce、减排CO239 493.7t、减排SO2464 377kg,经济效益和社会效益显著。这一事实必将推动工业型煤在湛江市区的应用。
Through burning industrial briquette,lump coal and powder coal in the same boiler,we found the average thermal efficiency of industrial briquette was 63.70%,higher than that of powder coal 8.2%.If using industrial briquette instead of powder coal in Zhanjiang area,economic and social benefits significantly increased with coal-saving 275 000 t(equation to standard coal 19 677 t),energy-saving 19 677 tce,reducing CO2 39 493.7 t,reducing SO2 464 377 kg.This fact will promote the industrial briquette application in Zhanjiang area.
