通过分析比较分车型收费和计重收费的优缺点,论证了载货类汽车收费方式转变的合理性,并在辽宁的实践应用中得以证实。
Rationality of charging methods transformation of delivery truck is demonstrated, and confirmed in the practical application in Liaoning through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of charging by vehicle type and weight.
