安康循环发展中干部考核机制建设探讨

"十二五"时期,陕西提出了"陕南循环发展"的战略要求,安康市委、市政府结合实际,把建设"美好安康"作为发展目标,这是全面贯彻落实科学发展观、实现"陕南循环发展"战略、促进经济发展方式转变的重大举措。循环发展和建设美好安康需要有科学的制度机制来保障,其中干部考核机制建设是基础。要把完善干部考核任用制度与安康循环发展有机结合起来,建立科学的干部考核评价机制,促进经济社会循环发展。

During the 12th Five-Year Plan, the government of Shaanxi Provence has put forward the strategic requirements. Ankang municipal committee and its govern- ment has set it as a goal, combining with the actual situation, building glorious city , which will be the development target of comprehensively implementing the scientific de- velopment concept, realizing the circular development of south part of Sbaanxi. Scientific system is a guarantee of circular development and building glorious city , based on carder assessment system . Build the scientific system of evaluation of the cadres; pro- mote the economic and social circular development ,in the meanwhile, combine the cadres evaluation system and circular development of south part of Shaanxi together,
