乳腺癌MR动态增强扫描定量分析及其临床应用

Quantitative dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI : clinical application in breast cancer
摘要
对于乳腺癌的检出,乳腺MR成像被认为是一种具有高敏感性和较高特异性的检查方式。动态增强MRI定量分析可以通过Ktrans、kep、ve等多种参数的应用,量化评价肿瘤组织的血管内皮通透性和血流量。其较半定量分析能更为准确、客观地诊断肿瘤的良恶性及评价治疗疗效。就应用动态增强MRI定量分析乳腺癌的现状及目前所存在的问题作一综述。
