Magnetic resonance imaging study in patients with vascular cognitive impairment

摘要 血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)在老年人中的发病率越来越高,随着人口老龄化趋势的增加,该病对人们健康的影响必将越来越大。MRI可以无创、实时地直接反映中枢神经系统功能与结构的变化,对VCI的诊断起重要作用,但是目前人们对VCI的病理发生机制和临床诊断方法尚存在许多争议。系统综述了应用MR技术研究VCI病人大脑结构与功能改变的特点,并探讨VCI的发生机制及其MRI的诊断价值。
