摘要 扩张性心肌病(DCM)是一种不明原因、不可逆性的心肌进行性纤维化,并伴随左心室腔扩大的心肌疾病,在国内较为常见,预后较差。随着MRI技术的广泛应用,MRI可用于观察DCM病人心脏大体功能及心肌细微结构的改变,可为临床医生提供相关的病理生理信息。其对DCM的诊断及预后具有极其重要的作用。就MRI技术在扩张性心肌病中的应用及研究进展予以综述。
