摘要 肺栓塞是临床中常见的危险性疾病,目前CT血管成像技术已经成为诊断肺栓塞的重要手段之一,它不仅能清晰显示血管腔内病变,观察血管走行和变化,还能显示血管与周围组织间的关系。肺动脉的显示质量直接影响肺栓塞的准确诊断,目前从扫描技术和图像后处理等多方面对肺动脉进行了大量的研究,旨在提高肺动脉显示质量和肺栓塞的检出率,以降低漏诊率。
