高速公路监理工程师办公室标准化管理初探

标准化管理是解决当前建设任务日益繁重、管理力量相对有限这一矛盾的有效举措,是同步抓好质量、安全、工期和廉政的有效途径。文章通过对现阶段监理工程师办公室标准化管理工作现状的分析,提出管理中存在的问题,并结合监理企业管理,对监理工程师办公室标准化管理提出意见和建议。

Standardized management is an effective measure to solve the contradiction of the increasingly heavy task of build-ing, relatively limited of management strength and an effective way to do a good job of quality, safety, schedule, and honest ad-ministration. Through the analysis of status quo of standardized management of supervision engineer＇s office, the article pointed out the problems existed in the management, and combined with the supervision of corporate management, proposed comments and suggestions to standardized management of supervision engineer＇s office.
