Through investigating the change of Baihetan town,the article analyses the effects on market town of pivotal project area where the Baihetan hydroelective power station which is the second large hydropower station in the world is located.And research the opportunities and challenges that the mega-project will bring to this district.,what's more,the article gives some advices on those items.
