红花等三种中药中砷、汞、铅含量的分析研究 被引量:10

Study on content of As,Hg,Pb in Carthamustinctorius L. and the other two kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicines

摘要 目的:了解红花等三种中药中砷、汞、铅的含量。方法:采用微波消解法消解中药材样品后,用原子荧光法测定其中的砷、汞、铅含量,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果:对于所测元素,砷、汞、铅标准曲线的相关系数分别为0.99833、0.99987、0.99987;方法的线性范围为0.1μg/L~200μg/L。方法的RSD为2.6%~6.9%。加标回收率为88.0%~115.0%。利用该方法检测实验所用红花、甘草、贝母中砷、汞、铅含量均未超标。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,为中药材中重金属含量测定提供了较好的方法。 Objective:To understand the contents of three heavy metals(As,Hg,Pb) in three traditional Chinese medicines.Methods:Samples were digested with microwave digestion system,and the levels of As,Hg,Pb were measured directly by atomic fluorescent spectrometry,and the reproducibility and recovery of the method were studied.Results:For all of the analyzed heavy metals,the correlative coefficients of the calibration curves were 0.99833,0.99987,0.99987 for As,Hg and Pb respectively in the linear range of 0.1 μg/L~200 μg/L,the recovery was 88.0%~115.0%,with RSD of 2.6%~6.9%.The contents of As,Hg,Pb in the three traditional Chinese medicines were normal.Conclusion:The method is convenient,quick,accurate and highly sensitive.The method has been applied to the determination of trace heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicines with satisfactory results.
