Determination of titanium dioxide in water purification agent of ferrous sulfate by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定净水剂硫酸亚铁中二氧化钛含量。方法:硫酸亚铁样品经1%HNO3溶解后,以钪45Sc为内标元素校准基体效应及信号漂移,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定,外标法绘制工作曲线进行定量。结果:表明该方法测定净水剂硫酸亚铁中二氧化钛的检出限为0.01%,线性良好,相关系数r=0.9996,相对标准偏差2.36%~4.65%,加标回收率在95.0%~105.0%之间。结论:该方法有力简化了样品的前处理过程,灵敏快速,干扰小,重现性好,能满足净水剂硫酸亚铁中二氧化钛含量检测需求。 Objective:To establish an ICP-MS method to determine the titanium dioxide in water purification agent of ferrous sulfate.Methods:The samples were diluted with 1% HNO3.45Sc was used as the internal standard for eliminating matrix effect and signal drift.External calibration was applied for making calibration curve.Results:The limit of detection for titanium dioxide in ferrous sulfate was 0.01% with good linear correlation(r=0.9996).The relative standard deviation was 2.36%~4.65% and recovery rate was 95.0%~105.0%.Conclusion:This method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and reliable with high efficiency and low interference.It could be applied to the analysis of titanium dioxide in large number of water purification agent of ferrous sulfate with satisfactory results.
