Determination of disinfection by-products in water by ion chromatography

摘要 目的:建立大体积进样电导检测离子色谱法同时测定水中溴酸盐、亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸5种消毒副产物含量的方法。方法:采用Dionex IonPac AS-19高容量分析柱,进样体积为500μl,淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生KOH梯度洗脱,抑制型电导检测,柱温25℃~26℃,35 min内同时测定消毒副产物和水中常规阴离子。结果:测定的5种消毒副产物在5μg/L~2000μg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限低,测定相对标准偏差均小于3%,回收率在84%~117%之间。结论:该方法操作简便,实用性强,结果可靠。 Objective:To establish a new conductivity detection ion chromatography determination method for contents of BrO3^-, ClO2^-, ClO3^-, DCAA, TCAA in water by the large volume direct injection. Methods: In the suppressed conductivity detection, Dionex IonPac AS19 column was used as separation column, sample injection volume at 500 μl, with KOH gradient elution generated by on - line eluent generator. Column temperature was 25℃ 26℃. DBPs and conventional anion in water were detected in 35 min at the same time. Results: The DBPs con- tent showed good linearity within the concentration range of 5 p^g/L N 2000 i^g/L. Limit of determination was low. Relative standard deviations (RSD) was less than 3% , recoveries were between 84% - 117%. Conclusion: The method is simple, practical and reliable.
