摘要
目的:对特殊生物矿物源双机抗菌陶瓷的除菌性能进行评估。方法:采用浸渍振荡法进行定量除菌试验、稳定性试验和耐久性试验。结果:对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及白色念珠菌的10 min平均除菌率均为99.99%;在54℃恒温培养箱中存放14 d后,10 min平均除菌率仍为99.99%;经酸性和碱性介质浸泡3 h和90 d后,对大肠杆菌作用24 h的除菌率分别均为99.99%和99.9%。结论:特殊生物矿物源双机抗菌陶瓷具有快速、高效、稳定以及耐久的除菌性能。
Objective: To evaluate the antibacterial effect of the special bio - mineral source organic and inorganic antibacterial ceramics. Methods: Quantitative sterilization test, stability test and durability test were performed by using impregnation oscillatory method to evaluate the antibacterial effect of the special ceramics. Results: The average rates of 10 - minute sterilization with regard to the Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida al- bicans were all 99.99% ; The average rate of 10 - minute sterilization still remained 99.99% after the special ceramics' incubation in a 54℃ incubator for 14 days; The 24 -hour sterilization rates of the special ceramics (after soaked in acid and alkaline medium for 3 hours and 90 days) with regard to Escherichia coli were 99.99% and 99.9%, respectively. Conclusion: The antibacterial effect of the special bio - mineral source organic and inorganic antibacterial ceramics is quick, efficient, stable and durable.
