摘要
目的:观察外周血单核细胞表面血红蛋白清道夫受体CD163在冠心病患者中的表达及CRP的变化。方法:按WHO冠心病诊断标准并经冠状动脉造影确诊的86例冠心病患者作为研究对象分为三组。用流式细胞术检测4组患者单核细胞表面CD163表达水平,以平均荧光强度mfi为单位,同时测定C-反应蛋白(CRP)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并与CD163进行相关性分析。结果:4组患者外周血单核细胞表面CD163表达水平有明显差异(P<0.01)。冠心病各亚组血清CRP含量均较对照组升高(P<0.05),其中UA组和AMI组CRP升高明显(P<0.01)。冠心病患者外周血单核细胞表面CD163表达水平亦与CRP呈正相关(r=0.765,P<0.001),与(LDL-C)呈正相关(r=0.748,P<0.001)。结论:不同类型冠心病患者外周血单核细胞表面CD163的表达水平不同,随着冠心病病情加重,CD163的表达水平逐渐升高,反应了冠状动脉病变的严重程度,CD163与炎症和脂质过氧化反应有关。CRP与冠心病严重程度有关。
Objective :To measure the expression level of hemoglobin scavenger receptor CD163 onthe surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cell and CRP changes in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: 86 CHD patients were divided into three groups. CD163 expression levels were determined by flow cytometry, CRP was measured by Immune turbidimetry, and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C) was assayed by direct method. Results : CD163 expression levels in 4 groups were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 01 ). CRP level in CHD groups were higher than that in control (P 〈 0.05 ). CD163 was positively correlated with CRP ( r = 0. 765, P 〈 0.001 ) and ( LDL - C) (r =0. 748, P 〈0. 001 ). Condusion: CD163 expression levels in different types of CHD are different. CD163 level increases with the aggravation of CHD, CD163 has relationship with inflammation and lipid peroxidation. CRP in CHD patients increases significantly.
