院内感染的重点科室及病原菌分析

目的:调查综合医院发生院内感染的重点科室病原菌种类。方法:采用目标性监测方法,调查2010年患者感染率,并进行分析。结果:院内感染发生率最高的科室为ICU,主要部位是下呼吸道,主要病原菌是革兰阴性杆菌。结论:医院ICU感染发病率高,其中呼吸机相关性肺部感染率高,应加强引起感染相关因素控制。
