摘要
目的:了解新疆北疆地区现阶段学龄儿童基础碘营养状况,掌握碘营养流行病学指标。方法:采用过硫酸胺消化-砷铈催化分光光度测定法对2471份学龄儿童尿样进行检测。结果:儿童缺碘率:8.13%(201/2471);适宜率59.94%(1481/2471);过量率:31.93%(789/2471)。结论:新疆北疆地区学龄儿童碘缺乏与碘过量共存,且过量率大于缺碘率(31.93%>8.13%),过量率是缺碘率的3.93倍。
Objective: To understand the iodine nutrition situation of school - age children and the epidemiologi cal indicators of iodine nutriology in northern Xinjiang. Methods: Ammonium persulfate digestion - arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometric method was used to detect urine samples of 2471 school -age children. Results: The iodine deficiency rate, optimal rate and excess rate of children were 8.13%, 59.94% and 31.93% respectively. Conclusion: In northern Xinjiang area, iodine deficiency and iodine excess coexisted in school - age children, and the excess rate was 3.93 times as high as iodine deficiency rate(31.93% 〉 8.13% ).
