摘要
目的:分析汉中市2009年-2011年流感病毒核酸检测结果,为流感的预防控制提供科学依据。方法:对国家级流感监测哨点医院送检的流感样病例鼻咽拭子标本采用Real-time RT-PCR方法进行检测。结果:共检测标本896份,检出流感病毒核酸阳性标本236份,总阳性率为26.34%。流感病毒的感染性无性别差异(P>0.05),有城乡差异(P<0.05),各年龄组阳性率有差异(P<0.05)。结论:汉中市2009年-2011年流感主要出现在冬春季,2009年11月-2010年1月、2011年1月-2011年2月以甲型H1N1流感病毒为优势毒株,2010年及2011年的3月-2011年4月以B型流感病毒为优势毒株,H3亚型流感病毒在9月至次年3月以散发的形式存在。
Objective:To analyze influenza virus nucleic acid test results from 2009 to 2011 in Hanzhong and provide a scientific basis for the flu prevention and control. Methods: Real - time RT - PCR method was used to detect nasopharyngeal swabs specimens selected from national influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals. Results: In total, 896 specimens were detected and 236 were positive for the influenza virus nucleic acid. The positive rate was 26.34%. Influenza virus infection was found no sex difference (P 〉0.05) but to have urban -rural differences (P 〈 0.05 ) , the positive rate of each age group had difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : In Hanzhong city, influenza was prevalent in winter and spring from 2009 to 2011. A( H1N1 ) was the dominant strain from September 2009 to January 2010, and January 2011 to February 2011, influenza type B was the dominant strain in 2010 and March 2011 to April 2011, while influenza subtype H3 was the dominant strain from September to next March.
