摘要
目的:了解绍兴市越城区食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况,探讨各种致病菌污染原因,对可能发生的食物中毒进行预测,并为食源性疾病控制提供基础数据和科学依据。方法:按浙江省监测工作要求,采集本地具有一定代表性、典型性和适时性的样品,共计10类400份,依据GB4789进行沙门菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7、副溶血性弧菌、大肠菌群等致病菌检测。结果:400份样品有29份检出上述致病菌,致病菌总检出率为7.25%。结论:食品中存在食源性致病菌污染,是食源性疾病发生的潜在危险因素,应分析原因并采取针对性措施提高食品安全。
Objective : To study the pollution monitoring status of foodborne pathogens in food of Yuecheng district of Shaoxing city, discuss the cause of pathogenic bacteria pollution and predict the potential food poisoning, so as to provide basic data and scientific basis for foodborne disease control. Methods: According to the monitoring task of Zhejiang province, a total of 400 local samples in 10 kinds with timeliness and typical representative, were collected to carry out the detection of salmonella bacteria, listeria monocytogenes, enterohemorrhagic E. eoli O157 :H7, vibri- o parahemolyticus, coliform groups and so on according to GB4789. Results: 29 samples were found the above path- ogenic bacteria among 400 samples. The total pathogenic bacteria detection rate was 7.25 %. Conclusion : The pollution of foodborne pathogens is a potential risk factor for foodborne diseases, and it's better to analyse the reason and take targeted measures to improve the food security.
