摘要
中小企业的健康成长已成为国民经济发展的重要内容,而人才培训作为推动中小企业持续发展的重要因素,近年来受到了政府和企业的高度重视,加大培训投入,强化培训力度,各种形式的培训正如火如荼地进行,而培训效果的评估却未能深入开展,建立并完善培训效果的评估机制对实施人才培训有着重要的指导意义。
The healthy growth of SMEs has become an important part of national economic development,and personnel training as an important factor to promote sustainable development for SMEs in recent years by the government and enterprises attach great importance.Increase the training investment,strengthen the training,and various forms of training is well underway.But assessment of the effect of training failed to carry out in-depth.Assessment mechanisms to establish and improve training effectiveness,significance in guiding the implementation of personnel training.
