Teaching Supervision in Independent Colleges

独立学院办学历史较短,正在由规模扩张向内涵建设转型,而教学督导工作是保证其教学质量的关键,这就需要独立学院在在教学督导工作中坚持从以下六点出发:一是建立健全组织机构;二是强调督导员任职条件;三是明确教学督导职责;四是教学督导听课方式;五是教学督导员的管理;六是建立素质教育的督导制度。这样才能让独立独立学院的人才培养质量得到保证。

Independent college has a short history,is changing from scale expansion to connotation construction.Teaching supervision is to ensure the quality of their teaching,which requires the independent college to establish and improve the organization,emphasize supervisors qualifications,make sure the supervisory responsibility,improve the working methods of supervisors,strengthen teaching supervisors management,enhance quality education supervision system.
