摘要
2013年起,将有大量民办高校"90后"毕业生走上就业之路。为了有的放矢地进行就业指导工作和更好地引导这一相对特殊的人群就业,对民办高校"90后"大学生就业行为特征的研究尤显重要。在过往的实证研究中虽然很多人也采用"现状—原因—对策"为研究框架,但在原因和对策的分析中缺少一定的理论支撑。
From 2013,a large number of"post-90"graduates in private universities will take employment.It is of utmost importance to study the employment behavior characteristics and guide this relatively special groups of employment.In the past empirical research,although many people also used the"status quo-reason-Response"framework for the study,but lack of a certain theoretical support in the analysis of causes and countermeasures.
