农村中小企业技术创新绩效影响因素的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Technical Innovation Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises

根据对东部、中部和西部四个县(市)农村中小企业的调查数据,通过建立Logistic模型解析影响农村中小企业技术创新绩效的微观层面和中观层面的主要因素。结果显示:企业规模、企业经营期限、企业是否处于产品结构调整或者产业升级阶段、企业决策者的受教育程度、企业技术创新战略、企业技术装备水平和企业有无技术研发机构等因素会对农村中小企业的技术创新绩效产生显著的影响,企业要素类型亦有一定的影响作用。为此,国家要引导支持农村中小企业技术进步、结构调整和产业升级,转变经济发展方式;加大对企业决策者尤其是企业家的培训工作,提升其人力资本水平;选择良好的技术创新战略,充分挖掘技术创新资源。

According to the survey data from small and medium enterprises of four counties/ cities in the eastern, central and western areas, through establishing Logistic model, this paper analyses the main factors that influence the technical innovation performance of small and medium enterprises at the micro-level and meso-level. The results show that enterprise size, enterprise deadline, whether in a phase of structural adjustment or industrial upgrade, education level of executives, enterprises＇ technological innovative strategy, technical competence, whether having a technological development agency have positive impacts on technical innovation performance. Besides, the type of enterprises elements also has a positive impact on it. This article also gives some suggestions on the related policy.
