摘要
研究了OEM的发展和现状,结合国内制药企业生存现状,权衡了OEM生产方利弊,进而探讨工业化大生产中的国内制药企业面对复杂的国内外市场环境以及产能过剩的现实条件,能否将OEM作为企业生存发展的途径。
To research the OEM development and current situation,combined with domestic pharmaceutical enterprise survival situation,to weigh the OEM production party pros and cons.To discuss,whether the domestic industrial production pharmaceutical enterprises will select the OEM as enterprise’s survival and development way,in the face of the complicated market environment at home and abroad and the reality of surplus production conditions.
