摘要 蛋白质结晶是研究生物大分子结构的重要手段,也是制约其发展的瓶颈。总结了蛋白质结晶的常用方法及其影响因素,并介绍了近年来蛋白质结晶发展的新技术和新手段。 Protein crystallization was an important mean to study the structure of biological macromolecules,and it was the bottleneck of restricting its development.To summary the crystallization methods and its influencing factors,and present the advanced technologies and means of the protein crystallography in recent years.
