Electrochemical performance of the Sn-Sb-Cu-O alloy anode materials

摘要 采用两步恒流电沉积结合热处理的方法制备锡锑铜氧(Sn-Sb-Cu-O)合金电极材料;通过SEM、能谱(EDS)、XRD、恒流充放电及循环伏安实验,研究样品的性能。当电沉积的阴极电流密度为5 mA/cm2,Cu基体上电沉积Sb与Sn的时间分别为18 min和12 min时,所得Sn-Sb-Cu-O电极中Sn和Sb的物质的量比约为1∶1,在0.001~1.800 V充放电,首次循环的可逆比容量为1108.6 mAh/g,库仑效率为79%;第30次循环的可逆比容量为767.7 mAh/g。 Sn-Sb-Cu-O alloys were prepared by the method of two-step constant-electroplating combined with heat treat- ment. SEM ,energy dispersive X-ray (EDS), XRD, galvanostatic charge-discharge and cyclic vohammetry experiments were em- ployed to study the performance of the as-prepared samples. The alloy sample with a Sn: Sb atomic ratio of about 1 : 1 which was prepared by plated Sb and Sn for 18 min and 12 min respectively under the current density of cathode was 5 mA/cm2. It exhibited a specific reversible capacity of about 1 108.6 mAh/g and a coulomb efficiency of about 79% in the initial cycle, the specific re- versible capacity was 767.7 mAh/g at the 30th cycle when charged-discharged at 0.001 - 1. 800 V.
