摘要
目的:研究中药锁阳的化学成分。方法:采用开放硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱,半制备液相等方法分离纯化得到化合物,运用现代波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果:从锁阳95%乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离纯化得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为4-甲氧基苯丙烯酸(1)、epiluteoforol(2)、4-hydroxyphenethy1-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate(3)、3β,28-dihydroxy-oleana-11,13(18)-diene(4)、(-)-儿茶素(5)。结论:化合物1、2、3、4为首次从锁阳科植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in Cynomorium songaricum. Method: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The structure of the compounds was identified by modem spectral analysis. Result: Five compounds were obtained and identified as 4-methoxhcinnamic acid ( 1 ), epiluteoforol ( 2 ), 4-hydroxyphenethyl-2 - (4 -hydroxyphenyl) acetate ( 3 ), 3 ~, 28 -dihydroxyoleana-11,13 ( 18 ) -diene (4) and ( - ) -catechin ( 5 ). Conclusion: Compound 1, 2, 3 and 4 are isolated from Cynomoriaceae for the first time.
