摘要
目的:建立烫伤合剂中绿原酸、虎杖苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,用色谱柱为lnertsil C_(8-3)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸-四氢呋喃(19:80:1)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为290 nm。结果:绿原酸、虎杖苷和盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为25.45~254.5(r=0.999 4),3.07~30.75(r=0.999 6)和6.62~66.25μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 7);平均加样回收率分别为99.99%,97.40%和98.81%(n=6)。结论:此法简便、准确,具有良好的重复性好,适用于烫伤合剂中3种组分的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid, polydatin and berberine hydrochloride in Tangshang mixtures. Method: The quantitative analysis was carried out by HPLC with an Inertsil C8-3 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid - tetrahydrofuran (19: 80:1 ) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml ·min-1. The detection wavelength was 290 nm. Result: The linear range for ehlorogenic acid, polydatin and berberine hydrochloride was 25.45 -254.5 ( r = 0.999 4), 3.07 - 30.75 ( r = 0.999 6) and 6.62 - 66.25 μg· ml-1 ( r = 0. 999 7 ) , respectively with the average recovery of 99.99% , 97.40% and 98.81% accordingly( n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good re- peatability and recovery. It is suitable for the content determination of ehlorogenic acid, polydatin and berberine hydroehloride in Tangshang mixtures.
