摘要
目的:筛选多柔比星前体脂质体制备工艺及条件,并对其性状、包封率进行考察评价。方法:运用均匀设计法筛选制备条件,葡聚糖凝胶层析法、紫外分光光度法测定包封率。结果:按照最佳处方所制得多柔比星前体脂质体粒径分布均匀,形态良好,包封率可达80%。结论:按照均匀设计法制备的多柔比星前体脂质体性状优良,检测方法可靠,制备方法简单可行,质量可控,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective： To screen the preparation process and conditions of doxorubicin-loaded proliposomes, and evaluate the qualities. Method： Uniform design was applied to screen the optimal preparation conditions, and Sephadex chromatography and UV spectrophotometry were used to determine the entrapment efficiency. Result： Doxorubiein-loaded proliposomes prepared by the result of the uniform design showed narrow size distribution and good shape with the entrapment efficiency up to 80%. Conclusion： The prepared doxorubiein-loaded proliposomes exhibit reliable determination method, feasible preparation technology and controllable quality, suggesting broad application prospects.
