摘要
基于正交分析和有限元模拟的方法研究了波齿复合垫片的金属骨架厚度、金属骨架圆弧半径及波齿深度等因素对柔性石墨波齿复合垫片力学性能的影响。计算结果表明:波齿复合垫片的金属骨架厚度对垫片的性能影响最大,优化的参数设计的波齿复合垫片有较好的压缩率和回弹率。
The orthogonal analysis and finite element method were used to analyze the influence of metal skeleton thickness,circle radius of corrugated mental gaskets and corrugated metal sheet depth on the property of corrugated metal gaskets.The calculation results indicate that the greatest influence comes from metal skeleton thickness,and the corrugated mental gasket optimized in the parameter design has better compression ratio and rebound rate.
