摘要
京沪高速铁路设计运营速度高、使用寿命长,对箱梁混凝土浇筑质量和梁面平整度要求严。通过对淮河特大桥跨怀洪新河南大堤连续箱梁混凝土现浇施工技术的介绍,从机械配备、人员分工、混凝土浇筑、梁面平整度控制等方面提出了保证连续箱梁施工质量的各种措施,有效解决了连续箱梁一次浇筑混凝土方量大、梁面平整度难以控制的难题,可为今后同类工程施工提供一些有益的参考。
Because of the high-speed and the long service life, the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway imposes strict re-quirement on the quality of the on-site pouring concrete and the flatness of the continuous box girder. Based on the construc-tion technology of on-site pouring of the continuous box beam of Huaihe Super Bridge, the article introduces the construction techniques for the on-site concrete pouring of the continuous box girder, such as configuring machinery, pouring concrete, and so on to ensure the quality of continuous beam construction, which offers an effective solution to the difficulties like large single concrete pouring and flatness of beam surface and provides some useful reference for the similar projects.
