摘要
破裂岩体注浆加固技术广泛应用于土木工程各个建设领域。室内试验研究是推动理论研究的主要手段,在注浆加固理论研究过程中,常规的室内注浆试验难以考虑地应力的影响,本文采用自行设计加工的、能够实现垂向和水平向不同加压水平的注浆系统进行了多项承压条件下破裂岩体注浆加固试验,该试验方法更加贴近真实的破裂岩体应力状态,并通过KH-3000数字式三维视频显微镜对注浆固结体进行了分析,试验结果表明,这项注浆加固技术具有重要的推广价值。
Broken rock grouting technique is widely used in various civil engineering construction field. Laboratory test is the primary means to promote the theoretical research. By the process of grouting theory research, the formation pressure impact is difficult to consider at indoor grouting test. In this paper, with the use of home-made laboratory equipment, which can load vertical and horizontal stress, a number of tests are carried out. The test method is closer to the true state of stress fracture rock, and consolidation grouting is analyzed by KH-3000 three-dimensional video microscope. The method can contribute to the promotion of grouting technology.
