建立和谐劳动关系是企业经营者、普通职工、政府和工会四方的共同愿望。和谐劳动关系建立的核心在于如何处理不和谐的关系。依靠律则、法则和准则建立起各方相互促进、相互制约的机制是协调劳动关系的有效途径。
To build up harmonious labor relations is the common will of the management,employees,government and trade unions.The core of building up harmonious labor relations is to deal with inharmonious labor relations.The effective way of coordinating labor relations is to set up a mutual restraint mechanism on the basis of nomothetics,laws and codes.
