维护职工合法权益是坚持走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路的关键。这是由工会的基本职责决定的,它体现了中国工会的性质和特点,反映了党的要求和职工群众的愿望。如何贯彻落实工会维护职工合法权益是工会必须研究和解决的重大历史性课题。
Labor right protection is essential for the socialist trade union development path with Chinese characteristics. It reflects the nature and characteristics of trade unions of China, and the demands of the Party and the workers and staff. How to protect labor rights is an important historical project which trade union should research on.
