摘要
国有企业作为国家经济的骨干力量,工会应积极推动本企业劳务派遣工加入工会,依法维护劳务派遣工的合法权益。要把以人为本落到实处,让劳务派遣工参加企业民主管理,参与企业集体协商,把对困难职工的帮扶延伸到劳务派遣工,营造和谐的劳动关系。
As the backbone of national economy, SOEs should enhance the dispatched workers taking part in trade unions, protect their legal rights and interests, let them participate in democratic management and collective consultation, help the needy dispatched workers, so as to build up harmonious labor relations.
