摘要
当前,我国劳动关系领域存在诸多问题需要解决,工会在发展和谐劳动关系,积极协助各级党委和政府解决当前影响劳动关系和谐稳定的突出问题,促进科学发展与社会和谐方面,肩负着重要职责和发挥不可替代的重要作用。
At present, many problems of China＇ s labor relations remain unresolved. Trade unions should play the irreplaceable role of assisting the Party organs and governments at different levels, resolving labor relations problems and enhancing scientific de- velopment and harmonious society.
