摘要
面对近年来国际金融危机冲击,世界经济发展跌宕起伏,经济下行压力日趋增大,我国很多企业生产经营受到一定影响,劳动关系矛盾日趋紧张,社会矛盾日渐凸起。陕西省总工会在推进"两个普遍"工作实践中,以促进企业发展、维护职工队伍稳定、建立和谐稳定的劳动关系为目标,进行了积极的探索,主动适应新形势新任务的要求,在新的起点上推动"两个普遍"工作,取得一定成效,为促进陕西省经济建设稳步发展做出了贡献。
In recent years, under the international financial crisis struck, world economic growth stagnated, many enterprises in China were impacted and the tensions of labor relations had been rising. Shanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions has obtained certain achievements in the practice of enhancing ＂two generally＂ work.
