高校试题库的建设与思考——以中国劳动关系学院为例

The Ponder of Test Item Bank Construction in Universities

试题库在现代教育测量中扮演了愈来愈重要的角色,许多高校建立了具有特色的试题库系统并已运用于教学实践之中。中国劳动关系学院的题库建设现已初具规模,但还存在一些问题,今后应主要从定期进行题库系统软件的培训工作、建立题库管理制度、建设稳定的命题队伍等方面加以改进。

The test item bank has played a more and more important role in examinations of modern education. In many universi- ties, characteristic examination database system has been set up and applied in teaching. In China Institute of Industrial Relations, the test item bank is just beginning to take shape. However, it should be improved through the regular training of examination data- base system, the establishment of item bank management system and the stable item setter staff.
