摘要
考虑到各种环境因素可能对天线波束指向产生影响以及星载天线在轨服务区重置的需求,越来越多的星载天线要求具有在轨指向微调功能。文章针对一种天线微调机构,利用磨损程度评估技术开展了其寿命预估,同时使用加速寿命试验完成了其寿命试验考核工作。
In order to meet the requirements of the antenna beam pointing and the reformation of antenna coverage pattern in orbit,more and more satellites are equipped with the function of the antenna beam pointing adjustment.This paper discusses one kind of fine adjustment antenna pointing mechanism.Firstly,the life of this mechanism is evaluated by the accumulative wear out method,and then the life test of this mechanism is proposed by using the thermal vacuum accelerated life test method.
