面肌操辅助治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effects of Facial Exercises in Adjuvant Treatment of Peripheral Facial Neuritis

目的:探讨面肌操辅助治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:选取周围性面神经炎患者130例,随机分为两组,其中对照组58例,观察组72例,两组患者无统计学差异。对照组患者给予常规治疗,包括药物治疗、针刺治疗、激光以及特定电磁波治疗等;观察组患者在对照组基础上采取面肌操辅助治疗。对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者总有效率高达93.06%,明显高于对照组75.86%,两组比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:面神经操是一种简便而有效的提高周围性面神经炎患者治疗效果的有效辅助治疗方式,在临床应用中有着积极的意义,宜及早进行。

Objective： To study the clinical effects of facial exercises in adjuvant treatment of peripheral facial neuritis. Method： 130 cases with peripheral facial neuritis were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly, the control group （58 cases } and the observation group （72 cases }. There was no statistical difference between the 2 groups. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while the patients in the observation group were taken facial exercises adjuvant therapy on the basis of conventional treatment. Two groups of patients with treatment effects were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.06%, which was significandy higher than that of control group （ 75.86% ）.The difference between the two groups was significant, which has statistical significance （P〈O. 05）. Con- clusion： Facial exercises is an adjuvant treatment method which is convenient and effective to improve the treatment effect of the patients with peripheral facial neuritis. It has a positive meaning in clinical application and should be applied as soon as possible.
