超声对慢性心功能衰竭患者左心功能的评价价值 被引量:17

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound for Chronic Heart Failure Patients in the Left Ventricular Function

摘要 目的:探讨超声心动图评价慢性心功能衰竭患者左心功能的临床价值。方法:对慢性心功能衰竭Ⅱ-Ⅳ期患者各150例及正常体检者50例,应用超声心动图常规检测左室射血分数(LVEF%)、E/A及短轴缩短率(FS%),并进行分析。结果:慢性功能衰竭患者的心脏结构变化与心功能等级有密切关系;其左心功能指标E/A明显低于正常人(P<0.05),显示了慢性心功能衰竭患者的左心功能的改变。结论:超声心动图评价心脏结构及功能等方面实际应用价值比较高。 Objective: To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasound for chronic heart failure pa- tients in the Left ventricular function. for each group) and 50 normal pepole and fractional shortening (FS% } were Method: Chronic heart failure patients in stage II- IV (50 patients were slected. The left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF% ) , E/A detected by routine echocardiography. Result: The heart failure and cardiac structural changes were closely related ; The left ventricular function parameters E/A was significantly lower than the normal group ( P〈O. 05 ) , It showed that the changes of left ventricular function of patients with chronic heart failure. Conclusion: Echocardiographic had a high value in the evaluation of cardiac structure and function of patients with chronic heart failure, and the practical application could be positive.
