MSCT血管成像对成人冠状动脉解剖异常的影像学评价

摘要 成人冠状动脉解剖异常是一类少见的先天性疾病，多不伴有其他先天性疾病而单独存在。不同种类的冠状动脉解剖异常对患者心肌血供的影响不同。虽然成人冠脉解剖异常少见，但是它的临床表现复杂、多样，有文献报道，许多猝死年轻患者中大多是因为冠状动脉解剖异常所致。因此，早期诊断冠状动脉解剖异常有助于避免心脏突发事件的发生。冠状动脉解剖异常的检出及其临床意义的评价越来越受到广大学者的重视。
