摘要
目的以紫丁香苷质量分数为指标,研究刺五加有效成分的微波提取工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定刺五加中紫丁香苷的含量,采用正交试验法考察乙醇体积分数、微波功率、提取时间及料液比对提取工艺的影响,并优选提取工艺条件。结果提取工艺为乙醇体积分数75%,微波功率500 W,提取时间20 min,料液比为1∶15(g∶mL)。结论刺五加微波提取工艺周期短,以紫丁香苷为代表的有效成分提取效率高,对于刺五加中重要活性成分紫丁香苷的研究与开发具有一定的实用价值。
Objective To study the microwave extraction process of the effective ingredients in Acanthopanax senticosuswith the mass fraction of syringin index.Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of syringing in Acanthopanax senticosus.The orthogonal design was used to investigate the effect of the ethanol volume fraction,power of microwave,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction process.Results Extraction process: volume fraction of 75% ethanol,microwave power 500 W,extraction time 20 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g∶mL).Conclusion The microwave extraction process cycle of Acanthopanax senticosus is short,and the active ingredient extraction efficiency of syringin is high,which is valuable to the research and development of syringin.
